Watch TV without LED interference

Soundbar is on, long press the key "3D/LED OFF" of soundbar remote control, LED display showing will be closed. Any key of remote control will wake up LED display.

Peaceful Sleep by Close LED Light

The red LED will be on after turning off the soundbar, press the key "3D /LED OFF" of soundbar remote control, the red LED will be closed.

Easy Use for Remote Control

Note: Please use enough power AAA batteries, open the battery cover and place the batteries with correct direction as "+, -" mark on PCBA. It will be no power for a new battery with long storage.

Optical Connection

1.Must set Audio output format to "PCM" on TV.

2. Insert optical cable with correct direction( note the chamfer of cable terminal) both soundbar and TV, plug both ends of the cable tightly with a clicking sound.

3.Select optical input via short press "Optical" of soundbar remote control;

4.Select sound output of TV, such as "optical" for Samsung TV;

HDMI ARC Connection

1.Set audio output formart to be "PCM" and "HDMI-CEC" to be "ON" for your TV

2.Select ARC input via short press "ARC/COA" of soundbar remote control;

3.Select relative sound output for HDMI ARC, such as "receiver" for Samsung TV;

4.HDMI cable is no less than HDMI 2.0 version,poor HDMI cable will be no sound or poor sound.

Memorized Function for Soundbar Setting

1.After Turn off the soundbar, input source (bluetooth, optical, HDMI ARC, coaxial, Aux), Sound mode ( Music, movie, news, game, party), volume, will be memorized.

2.After Turn off soundbar, the manual setting (Treble +/-, Bass +/-) will be memorized.

Important FAQ:

Q1. There is no sound from the soundbar while watching TV.

A: If there's no sound from the sound bar with an optical or HDMI ARC connection to the TV, some settings on your TV are missing, Please check:

1.For either connection, the audio output format on your TV must be set to 'PCM';

2.For HDMI ARC connection, "HDMI CEC" must be set to "ON" on your TV. Some TVs require you to set "HDMI Input Audio Format >PCM" if available.

On some TVs, if you need to turn the soundbar on and off using the TV remote control, you will need to make some additional settings on your TV, such as setting "Device Auto Power Off" to "ON", "TV Auto Power On" to "ON". If you can't find this setting, but they are available on your TV, get help from your TV technician or us.

3. For TV Setup, TV Box Setup, Movie APP Setup, please read the "Quick Start Guide" (a manual provided with a simple version), or download the Troubleshooting (detailed version) in the product link where is "Product Guides and Documents", it will be continuously updated.

Please note, there are some different setting option for the various model of the same brand, there is a generic setting reference for each TV brand on the "Quick Start Guide". We have rich experience on how to set for different TV brand and various TV model, If you couldn't find the setting option, please feel free to get help from us.

Q2: The sound is often cut off via the HDMI ARC connection.

A:1. Check the HDMI cable connection status, check if there is any setting missing on the TV, such as enabling "HDMI CEC", closing the TV speaker, etc;

2.For some TV, there is a compatible issue, please change to optical connection and try again.

3.We have continuously improved the ARC connection. It will be improved by software upgrade if you need.

Q3: Remote control is not working.

A: 1. Confirm the installation direction of the battery, open the battery cover of the remote control, there is a "+", "-" symbol on the PCBA surface.

2. Check that the battery cover of the remote control is firmly closed.

3. Check that the battery has enough power. Although you may have a new battery, it will have no power because it has been stored for too long. Please take a good battery with power from the remote control of another device to test again.

4. Check as above steps, remote control is not working too, get a new remote control with free from us.

Q4: I don't like the sound or the sound is distorted.

A: 1. We try to balance the bass and vocals in the mid and high frequencies. So if there is any distortion in the sound, please reduce the volume on the soundbar or increase your distance from the soundbar by 1 meter.

2. There are so many different types of instruments that it's difficult to fully account for the sounds that different instruments make. Please change a song or TV program and try again.

3. We have continuously improved the sound effect, we have different version software to satisfy the various requirements, and you could have the customized sound for your preference. You only need a USB memory and a computer to update the software.

Q5: The remote control of the soundbar could control another device, or the remote control of another device could control the soundbar.

A: 1.There are too many devices are controlled by infrared remote control, it is difficult to avoid the interference for some buttons or functions.

2.We will send you a remote control with different code, and perform a software upgrade, the issue will be solved.

This is a review of the new eARC speaker. See below for my review of the regular ARC soundbar. I received the eARC because of the problems I had with the previous version. I've had it for a week now and what a difference. This baby connects to my Samsung TV everytime. A little delay, but no concern. The sound is excellent and my biggest thing.The voice is in sync with the video. Other soundbars I've had I could not get them to sync. I don't use my soundbar for listening to music where it doesn't matter if it is synced. I watch TV and don't want to feel like I'm watching an old Kung Fu dubbed movie. The bass is also better than the previous model. So if you are looking for a soundbar spend the extra $10 and get the eARC model. Next is my review of the regular ARC model.I've had this speaker for 7 months. From day one it has had a problem connecting to ARC. It says it is connected but no sound comes out. I have to turn it of and on numerous times to get it to connect and have actual sound. I've contacted the seller and they sent me a firmware update. That did not help. The sound when it works is good, but the frustration everyday is not worth it. My TV is a Samsung and this is my first ARC connected soundbar.This is two months later. I've received the new updated soundbar with eARC. It works about 98% effectively. The other 2% it is a little slow to start having audio out. And there are times throughout the day when I jump forward on a recorded show that it takes a few seconds to get sound. It also sometimes just goes silent for 1/2 second. When I back up the playback it doesn't do it again so I am pretty sure it is the soundbar and not the TV or the broadcast. All in all not a bad deal and I would buy it again.

Quick delivery. We did not receive a power cord, not a problem we had one lying around with the right configuration. Super easy to set up. Excellent sound!! No need to buy a new tv, just add a sound bar.

Sound quality was OK, but remote control stopped working after 8 months. Tried new batteries but no luck.Ordered 2 new remotes on Amazon, assume it will happen again. That must be the reason they sell them separately on Amazon.

I bought this over a month ago and the Bluetooth is already not working well. It cuts in and out constantly. I looked for a contact or service from the seller but I can’t find any help.Update: customer service reached out to me and helped me correct it within 12 hours of emailing them.Speaker sounds great..

Bought this speaker as a value sound bar option for a vacation rental in July 2023, and I enjoyed the sound, look and function for the price. However, one of the speakers in the unit developed an audible buzzing sound from all input sources after one year. Sent the audio file to Heymell tech support to see if there's anything I could do. Immediate response was sent back - it was out of warranty already but they sent me a replacement refurbished speaker right away. Got it, and it sounds great Thanks for supporting your product!

I returned Soundbar. Bluetooth was defective, I connected to my laptop by BT, but Windows sound test on my laptop was terrible, any sound was awful by BT. HDMI and AUX audio were ok, but I need BT connection. I ordered LG SN4 2.1 Channel 300W Bluetooth Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer at the same time. LG connected without problems. I would recommend buying LG SN4 2.1 Channel 300W Bluetooth Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer if don't want a headache with a return.
