Would rate higher if it was taller and could be set down without falling over. That happened twice and spilt all out on floor. My dog is tall legged and the cup is too short so it spills over when I dunk her paw in.

Overall this paw washer does the job okay. The bristles are a bit sparsely placed and quite wobbly, so they don't scrub as well as I expected. The cup also just sits okay, but it's quite precarious if placed down, it's easy to tip it over and make a mess, which is quite a dilemma when you have a dog already fussing over a paw wash. I think this would be way better made from a slightly more rigid material.

I had seen other paw washers in stores and they looked hard and rough, I am especially careful as my puppy has dew claws that seem to hang loose, this washer is very soft and I just squeeze the bottom and go slightly circular instead of up and down as some show Downside is it will not stand on its own, but that is really no problem as he is usually standing in the tub or I have a basin beside me. Very soft and gentle and he does not seem to mind at all.
