I have had a few of these things happen to me over the years lost to theft, disintegration vandalism or forgetfulness when you move I needed to replace. This is by far the nicest one I have ever had. Clear print nice and big and made of metal. Very happy

Sings are clear and bright. Excellent quality. Visible at night and day time. 12" size is big enough to be visible, but not to intrude on beauty of nature around it. I am pleased with this purchase.

The stakes didn't come as stated in the description so I returned it for a refund, the signs though seemed to be of good quality
