There is no zipper to open the bag… so i had to make one myself to put the hay in. i don’t really recommend.

I really like these hay bags. The quality for the price of two is excellent. The velcro does seem to be holding okay so far, but I do see them starting to come apart easier. The bag will still function though even if the velcro stops holding. My biggest annoyance is that my guinea pigs can still climb inside the bag! I had purchased these in the hopes of keeping their hay cleaner with less waste, but the holes are still large enough for them to climb inside and they really do like to!
