The tape has been measuring my pigs weight as 220lbs for the last few months. Finally brought him to the butcher even though it didn't show 300 just to find out that his hanging weight was actually 224lb so his body weight was over 300. Either the tape is crap or it actually shows the hanging weight. I don't know. Gave it 3 stars bc it most definitely didn't show it's body weight but maybe it was the hanging weight or just a massive coincidence.

We raise Kune Kune pigs and do not own a livestock scale. So once they are bigger then we can hold, we’ve had to guess their weight whenever we needed to dose medications/dewormers/supplements. This measuring tape is easy to use with the touch of a button. Easy to read. Hardest part is getting the pig to sit still to get tape around. Works well and is a good value
