Bought these to replace the plastic holders I previously had. They dropped right in to the existing holes I had cut for the old holders. I did and will recommend pre drilling the screw holes before installing the screws.

Had these installed on our boat; they work as described. They look beautiful, high quality. We fish mostly in salt water. I expect they will be fine for years!
