I used it for the first time on a synthetic carpet, today and it not only cut through the dirt and grime, but picked up a great deal of debris. I will ONLY buy these pads from now on.Pics are from a two room and small hallway job, today.

These pads are a massive difference from the 3400 burnishing pads! LIKE WOW difference... I've been using the 3400 pads for years and they never quite do the job and I had switched to using 2 different models of the glitmicron brand, but these are fantastic!!! a bit spendy but buy them on sale.... They are good shine and actually pick up scuff marks pretty well with an electric burnisher.... most pads struggle with this on electric....

Mislead. Thought this was 5 in a box like the others said and it turned out to be one. Disappointed.
