Plastic feels ok. Lock mechanism and hinge look like they'll wear out and fail at some point. Works better than nothing if you have a deck of cards that needs a replacement box to hold them. Bought it for a waterproof deck of cards.

Game night consists of a card game that uses 4 decks of cards. Rather than putting the cards back in the paper boxes that end up falling apart, I ordered these cases made of high quality plastic. They’re easy opening, see through and can be used for other things besides playing cards. Good quality at a reasonable price.
