I only realized after I bought this that the wires are only 12 gauge, yet it is fused for 30 amps. 12 gauge wires can only handle 20 amps. This cable should have had 10 gauge wire, which is rated for 30 amps. If you are going to use this, make sure to swap the fuses out for 20 gauge ones.

Not everyone needs the long cable that comes with radio. If you, like me, doesn't like to cut the original cable, this is for you.Fits perfectly, has enough length to create a common current choke (wrap on a ferrite toroid) and keeps the desk neat.
