Good quality hose. Great to keep on hand if you make your own hyd hoses.

My buddy has a hydraulic fitting press, so i got this to make some lines up for my lawn mower. The fittings attached to the hose perfectly, and i dont have any leaks.

This appears to be pretty good hose. It's plenty thick, being 2 wire. There's enough stuff here to make 10, 5 foot hoses. So that comes to $25 per hose and you can make them exactly the length you want. Not a bad deal.I don't have a crimper but I have 4 hydraulic shops near me. I'm sure I can set up my hoses and get them to crimp them for a few bucks. And now there's reusable fittings you can install yourself so I may use some of those too. In the end I'll probably wind up buying a crimper. It's not really a lot cheaper making your own hoses but it's easier then pulling all the lines and taking them to the shop, and they will be exactly the length you want.Great item

This hydraulic hose and fitting set worked great for my needs. I took the hose and fittings to my local farm supply store and had them make up a 12 foot hose to replace a leaking line on my 15 foot batwing shredder. They didn’t charge me to crimp the fittings, though I’ve heard some shops do.Bringing my own hose and fittings was a much more affordable option than buying a pre-made hose from the OEM parts supplier, or having one made up at the farm store. The hose itself feels high quality and I think it should hold up well.

Seems like decent hose and ends. I picked this to rebuild the lines on my tractor loader bucket, which are weather cracked.Compared to the ones on my tractor bucket, the only major difference is the crimp rings are shorter on these fittings. They are about 1-1/2 inches long on the old ones and these are abount 1 inch long. The hose looks like it has a double braided steel core.
