This is a great kit to keep in your house, bugout bag, car, camping backpack, etc. I've been bringing it on most of my recent outdoor adventures, and it's been a reliable companion. The assortment of tools, like the sabre card, wire saw, flint fire starter, whistle and window breaker, covers most of the basics I need when I'm out in the wild. Each piece is thoughtfully included, making sure I'm prepared for any scenario that comes my way. Many of the tools are reusable, but some are not of the best quality, and you should expect just one or two uses out of some of them. This kit is really meant as an emergency kit. Although, most items in the kit are well-built.What I appreciate most is how compact and portable the entire kit is. It fits neatly in my backpack without taking up much space, which is perfect for my hiking and camping trips. I also ordered one for my car. It fits well in a fishnet side pouch in my trunk. Despite the kit's small size, it packs a punch in an emergency and can save you from a bad situation, if kept handy and used properly. For example, if you need a window breaker but you have stored the kit in your trunk (like I do), then getting to it is going to be a challenge. The kit's readiness for emergencies is a huge plus. The survival bracelet, with its built-in flint, whistle, and paracord, is a standout. It's reassuring to have a thermal blanket and flashlight included as well, which come in handy for unexpected overnights or emergencies. While the kit is mostly great, I do think an instruction guide for beginners and using better materials for some of the items would be helpful. Overall, it's a versatile and essential addition to my outdoor gear, and it also makes a fantastic gift for anyone who loves the outdoors.

Here is my take on the 72 HRS Multipurpose 16-in-11 Emergency Survival Kit.This kit is packed with a variety of survival tools, including a multifunction saber card, wire saw, and flint and fire starter. These tools are incredibly useful and designed to help in various situations. The saber card is great for small cutting tasks, opening bottles, and more, while the wire saw is surprisingly effective for cutting wood when setting up campfires or shelters. The flint and fire starter are crucial for starting fires, especially in adverse weather conditions. One of the biggest advantages of this kit is its portability. Each tool is lightweight and compact, which makes it easy to carry without adding much weight to my backpack. The durability of this kit is decent. It’s made from high-quality materials like alloy for the pen and window breaker, and an aluminum alloy whistle. These tools are built to last and can withstand heavy use, which is reassuring when I’m out in the wilderness. However, one drawback I’ve noticed is that some of the tools can be a bit difficult to access quickly. The compact design, while great for portability, sometimes makes it challenging to retrieve a specific tool in a hurry.Overall, the 72 HRS Multipurpose 16 in-1 Emergency Survival Kit is versatile, durable, and portable making it a reliable companion for any adventure.

This survival kit has a ton of useful tools to take along with you if you're camping or hiking or hunting, etc. For me, it's camping that I wanted this for. There are so many different tools that are included just in case you might need them in various types of situations, including emergency situations.I won't list them all here since they are listed and pictured in the ad and on the box, but this is a pretty great lineup of helpful items to take with you if you are going to be out in the wilderness at all. It kind of gives me a little added bit of security knowing that we can be prepared for just about any kind of situation that might arise.I'm deducting one star because I find some of the items on the multi-tool to be difficult to open up from the main body. It might be because it's new and a little stiff or it might be because I'm not the strongest person in the world when it comes to opening things, but I found it difficult to get some of the pieces opened up and I didn't want to break fingernails in the process so I couldn't press or pull as much as someone else might do.That said, this is an excellent set and I am very pleased with it as it will definitely come in handy for camping this summer. My personal rating scale:⭐ = Sub standard. Avoid.⭐⭐ = Could have been good, but has quality issues.⭐⭐⭐ = Reasonably good. Works for its purpose but doesn't wow.⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Very good. Above average, meets expectations, happy with it.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Excellent. Well constructed, great quality. Exceeds expectations.
