AllStar nails it with a quality glove for behind the plate! Bought it to break in for my youngest future catcher, and it came as intended, is breaking in with ease, lots of adjustment potential to form it how you’d like, and though not game ready out of the box, it will get their quickly!

As a lefty my son probably won't catch long term. He pitches, plays first, plays right field, but also seems to end up catching a couple of innings per game. This is his last year of Little League, and he's outgrown the left handed Catchers me Mitt he'd been using the last couple of years. We figured he'd end up Catching some again this year, and wanted to get a bigger Mitt without spending $300-$400 for a glove he probably wouldn't use past this season. We found this glove, and it has worked out great. It's very comfortable, good quality, and wasn't difficult to break in. He's already used it in game action with no issues.
