Installed this radiator in my 89' Dodge W-150. My truck ran and shifted great before installing this radiator. I decided to run the trans cooler lines to this radiator as this is how it was ran before my old rad sprung a leak, but I strongly advise purchasing an after market trans cooler if you plan on running this rad. Within 14 days of running this rad in my truck, it burnt up my 727 trans that was rebuilt just 15k miles ago. Never had a trans problem until I replaced the rad with this one. Coolant stays cool though so I can't give a 1 star because it does keep the coolant temp down as suggested. But DO NOT USE THE BUILT IN TRANS COOLER!!!PS: this is not a direct fit as the post claims, you will need to grind out the lower mounting holes for a correct fit.
