NOTHING wrong with the product. What is WRONG is how it's presented by the seller(s). Photos from the back side, where these would engage the cartridge would be helpful. To be honest, I wasn't sure the part I needed actually exists. It doesn't. I wound up changing the cartridge to fit the Delta faucet trim package I'd planned to install. Another $30. No big deal. NOTE TO SELLER(s). PLEASE include photos of ALL angles of the product. Final note: I could not return it because I modified one of these in an attempt to make it work.

The black piece has about 7mm inner diameter; which does not account for the spline. The spline is at one end only, and is slightly more narrow than the other end. The outer diameter is about 11mm; the outside spline runs the entire length, about 21mm.The gray/green piece has an inner diameter of about 3mm, at its smallest; while the inside has several widths. the important one, has a flat end and the rest would be round. The outside has a spline on the smaller diameter.The dark gray piece has a spline inside, about 1/2 way in the middle from either end. 7mm is the approximation I am making.I searched the manufacturer's website, but specs were lacking.Sorry for the poor photography.Oh, I was not able to use any of these parts.

When we replaced our faucet core the replacement didn't come with the adapter/extender. I tried to find one everywhere and eventually went online. The only problem was I didn't have a name for the part and nothing looked exactly like what was on it originally. So, for a few bucks I bought this pack which has all their extenders and one of them fit perfectly. I wish I had just seen this in the beginning. If you're unsure what to get, this is a HUGE trial and error avoidance mechanism.

The kit contains 3 adapters. One was just what I needed. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I now have 2 adapters for which I have no use. I will order another set just so I can have a spare of the one I do need.
