The unit was good until it stopped holding a charge after about 9 months of use - used about 2X's per month for about 15 mins. As of righrt now, I am unable to get any acceptable service or replacement from the seller or Amazon.UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer directly and their customer service group was great. I provided proof of my purchase and they are sending out a replacement unit.

The box had no seal and appeared to have been opened. Plus when I went to charge the device it was already at 100%. I've never seen that before. I can only conclude that it was NOT new. Otherwise, it seems to work fine.

Excellent thing for large and medium dogs. It is important that there is a stopper. Does not wind the hair on itself. The best. I have been using it for several years.

i can use it without turning the dog into an escape artist, it totally silenced somehow, I’ll have to purchase some additional head since i have a Royal poodle, it’s a big dog since it’s around 45 pounds (female)
