I did not pick this up to use as air hose. I used this as an umbilical for my 3D printers Canbus wiring. I needed something stiff so it would hold a vertical position while moving around attached to the print head but not be too stiff. I think it turned out well and the 3/4 glands fit well. My only complaint, even if I used this as an air hose would be that it arrives tightly wound in a coil and even stretching it out flat for hours did not remove the coil shape. I ended up putting one end under something heavy and stretching it out flat while hitting it with a heat gun. Eventually I got the kinks out enough that it only had a slight curve which was perfect for my application.
