Amazing side steps. Installed them on my '23 Ram 3500 reg cab and the factory holes lined up, easy to install once you understand the instructions. I'm a light guy so don't have issues with them bending when I step on them but others would have this issue, although they don't flex much under the weight. Likely less flex on a crew cab as there is an additional mount in the middle of the step.

Running boards were well packaged and complete with all parts and instructions. The install was EASY. The secret is to take your time, Lay Out All the Component’s First. They look great and make entry and exit from my truck much easier and safer. Very well priced for a quality product.

This product is highly recommended for the DIYer who knows what they're doing. Very good quality materials, fit was perfect, no problem installing. So why did I ding them one star? Two reasons. The instructions are all there, but very poorly organized. All the words bunched together with photos after that. And they could have put a couple of spare nuts and bolts in the package. I live 50 miles from nowhere, so losing a nut would NOT have made my day. Oh, and one more half-star for suggesting that they should be "professionally installed". It's something of a cop out. I'm sorry, but I don't know of a shop anywhere around here that is going to install these for me. "No customer-supplied parts" is a sign you see in most shops, including one I used to work in.

They bend when i use them. Im 245 lbs. looks great but quality isnt good. Easy to install.

Everything went very well but 2012 RAMs need drilling even though instructions say they don’t. Speaking of drilling, midway on the spot weld seam or you will be dremeling your washers. Also spread out your drill holes or your ears gets may overlap. The instructions mention this but not loud enough. By the 4th still, I have it down perfect.

I bought the 5inch wide. They are very nice. However the instructions weren't that great. I have a 2011 ram, I had to drill holes for the support brackets. That was the only part I really didn't care for. Other than that it was pretty simple.
