It was described as belt hole puncher; it couldn’t punch any hole. Maybe it should be described as paper puncher.

Like the title says, the grommets are male ends only, you'll have to buy another package of grommets

I had a $170 pair of winter boots that had D rings instead of eyelets. After about 3 winters the D rings began to snap when tightened but there was absolutely nothing wrong with the boots themselves. This $11 kit saved my $170 boots from going in the trash.

Works perfectly with 2 part eyelets. The eyelets it comes with do not work very well, but I don’t think it’s the pliers fault
