The major problem is my old cap does not fit. The solution is to sand the radiator smaller. I believe most people have this problem.

This chinese radiator's cap size is not standard. Cannot fit the old radiator cap. I'm not sure about having keep coolant pressure inside the engine.

It delivered on expected delivery date with good handling and proper packaging but should comes with rad cap because the OEM and aftermarket rad cap doesn't fit at all I have measured the outside dia of the filler edge lip is bigger compare to the 3 different rad cap 1 OEM Acura el and Civic and 1 new aftermarketrad cap i don't recommend unless come with rad cap that fit in or will fit with OEM rad cap this product is out of quality a piece of junk what a waste of my time

I bought this radiator and the radiator cap on my acura el wont fit in this new radiator, and when i open the drain plug and close it, it is still dripping. even it is tight close, coolant still coming out from drain plug.i need to get the old drain plug from old radiator to replace the new drain plug to stop the coolant from coming out.Not recommended this product

It was only when the cap didn't fit was it an issue.. lol I ended up trimming the extra support tab on the over flow stem (original did not have this) and then taking a fine file and filing the O.D. of the neck enough to have the cap fit did I get it to work. I have since ordered a OEM replacement & then tossed the Auto Shack radiator. I guess I got what I paid for. As for the aluminum trans cooler fittings, leave them with a slight swivel before connecting them, then tighten after the hose is on.

they dont reinverse full money back.The radiotor cap dont fit the oe spec.Shoud not be sold
