OK, 18 months in the Sienna and I'm sitting on the side of the highway calling roadside assistance. Radiator leaking from the passenger side lower plastic cap. Had to get towed as it leaked all the fluid. Very disappointed to say the least, and $50 out of pocket for the tow even though I had roadside assistance. I will say that treating the engine with motorcote maybe saved the engine according to the mech.

Did not fit for my 2005 sienna. was to think and no way to mount at the top. I was able to get top brace back on but had to leave off the rubber mounts. With no mounting brackets there was nothing to attach the cooling fan. This i used heavy duty zip ties to frame. Working good with no issues.

Bought this product as replacement for my 2005 Sienna Radiator. It works perfectly for the purpose. But there are some hitches which I was able to work around with. Firstly, there are no top and bottom clips where you could bolt the brackets to hold both the new radiator and AC condenser. Also, I have to improvise as this new radiator doesn't sit well from the bottom of the mount.So for those DIY guys, be prepared to MacGyver working with this product.

It was missing mounting brackets. Even they didn't mentioned. Whatever I saved, spend more money on mounting brackets.

Works as intended. Slightly smaller by fractions. Added a slice of rubber hose around mount holds tightly in place. Vehicle back on road . Saved lots of money over big brand

The radiator didn't fit my 2004 Sienna well - it was too wide by about 1cm. Had to bend the metal out of the way to get it to fit! See pics...Also the core was a little too wide to fit the top and bottom brackets correctly - the bracket puts quite a bit of pressure on the flanges between the core and the tanks as a result.One of the transmission lines was pointing the wrong direction and I had to carefully bend it and redirect it to point the right way (suspect that is because it is meant for a car with a towing package).This radiator is a thicker core than my original (no towing package), but the thickness didn't cause any issues - it was down to the other dimensions (too wide, different size tanks) that caused the fitment issues.I recommend that you don't get this for a 2004 Sienna without towing package, but perhaps it fits other years and configurations better.
