I recently purchased the BangTong&Li Power Tower Pull Up Bar for my home gym, and it has exceeded my expectations!The build quality is excellent — the frame is incredibly strong and sturdy, making it feel safe and secure even during intense workouts. It’s clear that durability was a top priority in the design.Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, even for someone like me who’s not super handy. The instructions were clear, and it only took about 20-25 minutes to set up.One of the standout features is how space-efficient it is. It fits perfectly in a corner of my home gym without taking up much room, yet it offers so many functions for a complete workout.It does its job extremely well, whether I’m doing pull-ups, dips, or leg raises. I've had the red & black model of this tower for the better part of a year, and I'm really happy with the investment into my home gym. I keep things pretty minimalist with a focus on calisthenics over weights, and I had nowhere to mount a pull-up bar. I also have a really low ceiling (At 6'1" I have to stoop in some places) but to my surprise this tower can go low enough to fit with just enough head room for good-form pull-ups. I have to do them with my knees bent, but that's a fine compromise. At 190 pounds, it also supports my weight just fine with minimal wiggling and no bending or creaking.My only complaints are 1) that the dip bars are a little too far apart to be optimal even though I have wide shoulders and might not even be safe for the shoulders for smaller users, and 2) that the pull-up bar handles are pretty skinny and made of hard plastic that is a bit uncomfortable to hold if your grip isn't very strong (which mine wasn't at first, but that was of course the point of buying this thing.) There are also no grips in the middle of the bar if you want to do reverse-grip pull ups. My low-tech solution was to tape some small hand towels around the bar and handles, which was more comfortable and also more challenging for forearm muscles. This cost basically nothing and took five minutes, so it's fine.Assembly was pretty easy and took less than an hour on my own - and I'm pretty dumb, so you should be fine. It arrived in good condition, with only minor inconsistencies in shape. Everything fit together fine. The pads are a little cheap, but they're fine, and positioned just right for me.Overall, very happy with this thing.

Item as described. Easy to assemble. Movement in item when in use but does the job, and good value for the price point. Looks good in home gym space. Prompt delivery. Recommended :)

Received this product March 21, 2022. Assembly was simple and the instructions are easy to follow. Total time was approximately 1 hour to assemble.The product is very compact. I have limited space in my personal gym and it fit perfectly in a small space. I placed it against the wall and it is a nice addition to my workouts. A must have for a gym on a budget.The product is sturdy. Having said that, I am only 5’9” tall and 165 lbs. the product moves slightly while I do pull ups and dips, but not enough to make it unsafe or unusable. If you’re not doing your pull ups and dips slowly with control, you’re going to complain about it rocking. No issues with leg lifts and the push up arms are a nice touch. I use a foam roller to raise my legs and balance myself while doing push ups.Overall, I am happy with this product. If it was double the price I’d say it’s not worth the money. But considering it is priced competitively I would recommend this product to those who are around my size or smaller.

Après avoir comparé le prix sur plusieurs sites et notamment à celui de décathlon, franchement celui-ci fait largement l’affaire, en plus je l’avais acheté avec une remise, une sacré économie pour de la bonne qualité en plus! Elle est très stable, mon mari qui mesure 1,92m l’utilise aussi bien pour le lever des jambes que pour des tractions ou des DIPS. Les finitions sont belles, cependant le cousin du dossier pour moi est un peu trop petit , j’aurais préféré plus long pour un meilleur soutien du dos pour le lever de jambe. Globalement très bonne rapport qualité prix, nous sommes ravis .

UPDATE 27.10.2021Nach der weiteren Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer wurde eine Entscheidung getroffen, die für uns beide akzeptabel und nachvollziehbar ist. Der Verkäufer beantwortet alle Anfragen quasi sofort und sucht jedes mal tatsächlich nach einer optimalen Lösung, anstatt nur die dummen Ausreden zu finden. So eine Reaktion ist heutzutage sehr positiv, dennoch schon überraschend, da man leider sehr oft ganz andere Erfahrungen sammelt. Somit ist das Problem endgültig zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit geklärt und dadurch verbessere ich meine Note auf 5 Sterne und bedanke mich bei dem Verkäufer für die Mühen und eine optimale Lösung des Problems.Überraschend schnell kam die Station an - 3 Tage vor dem geplanten Lieferungsdatum. Alles schön und sicher eingepackt, alles neu - kein Retour o.ä..Beim Aufbau wurden gleich 3 Teile festgestellt, die nicht einsetzbar sind:1. Die Schraube für die obere Leiste hat eine beschädigte Gewinde.2. Die Schraube für die Regulierung der Höhe/Tiefe ist verkrümmt und kann nicht eingesetzt werden.3. Bei einem der beiden Armlehnen sind die Löcher für die Schrauben falsch vorgebohrt worden und zwar etwa 5-7 Millimeter zu weit..Somit ist die Station nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Kontakt mit dem Hersteller wurde schnell aufgenommen mit der Bitte, die kaputte Teile zu ersetzen. Dabei habe ich angeboten, mit nur die Schrauben zukommen lassen. Die Armlehne hätte ich selbst repariert. Die schnelle Antwort war (alles in Englisch), dass diese Stationen nicht mehr produziert werden und somit können weder Schrauben noch die Armlehnen geliefert werden. Als Ausgleich wurde es mir angeboten, eine neue Dip Station zuzuschicken. Allerdings, ohne, dass die alte Station zurück geschickt wird. Ich brauche aber definitiv keine neue Station, sondern nur die 2-3 kleine Teile. Ansonsten muss ich selbst die Entsorgung organisieren, wofür ich aktuell absolut keine Zeit habe.. Das bedeutet: die kaputte Station geht zurück..Das Angebot von dem Hersteller finde ich zwar fair, aber zu umständlich. Ich möchte definitiv keinen Profit daraus erzielen, sondern ich brauche eine funktionsfähige Dip Station. Und alles, was mir dafür fehlt, sind nur die 3 kleine Teile. Die Baumärkte verfügen über solche Schrauben nicht - habe bis jetzt per Mail schon 4 Absagen erhalten. Das bedeutet: für die nicht brauchbare Dip Station gibt es 0 Sterne. Für das Angebot des Herstellers klare 5 Sterne, auch wenn ich es nicht annehme. Da ich hier allerdings die Station bewerte und nicht den gesamten Verlauf, gibt es insgesamt nur 1 Stern.
