This catchers mit came almost completely ready to use, broken in enough for me, but my son needed that extra nudging of breaking it in, but other than that, great mit.

This glove is advertised as leather. Which it is not. It is made of polyurethane material. The laces suck and broke on a single tug.

We just got this for my 9yr old as he needed a catchers mit asap. It is great for a beginner, maybe a little big but totally fine. It came broken in a bit which was nice but a little stiff as expected however we simply took it to Dicks and they broke it in for us completely. He is able to control the glove and "squeeze" the ball. It definitely made a big difference. Probably will get between 1-2 years out of it so it is great for the price and does the job well.

My nephew absolutely loved this glove. Still uses it almost daily. Of course, it takes a bit to work in like any good glove would but for price it is a great beginner glove.
