Like any other BD product, it is quality and works like it should. Only tip I have, use RTV to seal the set screw in place. Had an issue of it vibrating out and causing my tuner to stop functioning correctly. Contacted BD directly to get a replacement set screw.

Works well as all bd diesel parts do . A must have for tapping a vp44 cummins . Makes a nice secure CLEAN install. Used on 99 ram 2500

After using this method I now feel that any tap done without it is a hack job. Clean, professional looking, and keeps your tap dust and grease free. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Once you get the original VP 44 cover off,(pain in butt), goes on fast, easy wire tap, does what it is suppose to. Good job guys, little pricey.

Having already pierced a pump wire before, this is much preferable, yes it isn't cheap, but it keeps the outside wire covers intact and a way to hide the fact that pump has been chipped. I'm satisfied it did what I needed it to do. I still did a piercing of sorts because I didn't want to change the way the Edge Attitude wire was made up, basically would have had to clip all of that off and I chose to leave it and use their piercing connector on the supplied BD supplied wire. It worked and I taped everything over to protect it, just to make sure but unlikely that anything would come in contact with it anyway.
