Much stronger than the previous set I had purchased. These also have a much flatter surface where the brackets mount which fits much better in wheels with shorter axles.

The nut it came with was supposed to utilize the bolt on the bicycle... Only problem is that they were different threads. I didn't notice until it was too late, and the bicycles bolt had already been damaged. This set of wheels is also to big for a small kids bike (5 year old). The smallest setting fits, but you usually want it a bit smaller. With uneven pavement, everything is flat, but when there's a driveway or a bump, the wheels should allow for one side to be higher than the other by at least an inch or two. This is for the big kids, not the small ones.
