So far disappointed ordered this creeper because the description says it's 350lbs capacity it gets here and the box says it's 250lbs capacity

In researching creepers, a common problem I read about was casters working loose, so as soon as I got this, I spent 30 minutes just rolling around the workshop floor on it. I've used it a few times since, for a total of 90-120 minutes and everything is solid. . I'm also pushing the rated weight limit on this, so I do consider it a good workout.Taking a star of for two reasons.First, the headrest is obviously misaligned with the body of the creeper (see picture). Doesn't affect functionality but I feel something so noticeable should not have made it past quality control.Second, the wheels do tend to pick up dirt and start to develop a 'thump' as your roll around. Took a wire brush to the wheels today to clean them up and let the creeper roll smoothly again.

It looks good, I like the tilting headrest option but man the packaging is awful and compromises the product. I ordered it once and it was never delivered because Amazon said it was damaged. So I ordered it again, this time it arrived but each of the six wheels put a hole in the box. I thought whatever, let's open it up. Unfortunately I realized one of the wheels had fallen off and it was impossible to put it back on because it requires a special nut which was missing from the package. They really need to fix their packaging or they'll get a lot more issues like that. It's sad because it otherwise looks pretty good like I said.
