What interested me most about this bag is the vertical orientation of it. All my other saddle bags are oriented horizontally requiring me to reach deep into the bags to get something out. The vertical orientation of this CALLCASE bag allows the whole side of it to be opened to get into it. This allows much easier access to the contents stored in the bag which I love. Another benefit of the vertical orientation is being able to have a water bottle pouch which is another thing I love about this bag's design. I was able to fit my 20oz water bottle in the pouch and it is held in firmly. There is an adjustable bungie cord that you can also use to further secure the water bottle.I plan to use this bag with my road bike which has a rear red reflector attached to the seat post. I suspected the vertical orientation of this bag would conflict with this setup which it did upon attaching the bag to my bike. The two velcro straps that you use to attach the bag to the seat post were long enough to allow me to still use the bag even with my rear reflector still attached to the seat post. The pictures attached to my review shows the bag attached to my seat post with the rear reflector still on it. I do plan to remove the rear reflector so I can more securely attach the bag firmly against my seat post. There is a reflective tab on the rear facing face of the bag which you can attach something to and I plan to either attach my LED blinking light to it or a traditional reflector.Overall I love the vertical orientation of this bag and all the benefits it provides. If you are interested in a bag like this I would recommend considering it.

Small, but handy. Fits a bike lock of about 3' long and not much else.

I have an e-bike with cargo rack on the back, and needed a saddle back that sits vertically along the seat post as to not interfere with my cargo haul. I'd say after 6 trips with this seat bag I'd recommend it.Pro:- The bag is pretty rigid, and if you tighten the Velcro straps, it doesn't bounce around- I like there's mesh pockets inside the bag so your tools can be holding steady and not rattling- It's a decent size saddle bag that I can put ALL my needed tools in one placeCon:- Not a major drawback per se but the Velcro used to attach to seat post is sewed on, and not those kind where Velco straps are included separately and is used to loop around a strap on the bag; which means if you have a skinnier seat post and you have extra Velcro strap hanging out, and you are likely to swap this bag between your bikes, you can't really cut the extra Velcro otherwise it won't fit a thicker seat post. (This is really more of a aesthetic complaint more than an actual issue, I guess)- The strap provided on the bag to clip a rear light is very loose, and it's attached to the (loose) water bottle holder, so it's very loose. That means, if you don't have a clipping light that's air tight on the clip you're most likely going to lose it on a bumpy ride.

I received this CALLCASE Bike Seat Bag in December 2024. The bag I received matched the Amazon product page description and pictures. To be clear all you will receive is the bag itself. One of the product pictures shows the bag with an example of all the items you could store inside the bag and these example items are not included. Construction of the bad is very good. The zippers and velcro have a nice solid feel to them and don't feel cheap or like they would break easily. I didn't notice any bad stitching or any other manufacturing defects with the bag I received. What interested me most about this bag is the vertical orientation of it.
