Laying in stock is why I got the 2 pack. Easy to use, mix with coffee, water, etc. Good neurotrophic as it is an electron donor for mitochondria and since it has an affinity for nerve cells, all nerve cells, it helps with focus, mood, etc. Like a lot of things, sometimes less is more and once you have figured out the dose for you, start with 1/4, maybe 1/3 of that dose and work up to the dose calculated. Lots of real information can be found on the inter-webs. Do recommend. Great price point and made in the USA with 3rd party testing.

I did extensive reading before trying this. The claims are that it makes you be more positive, less depression, more sharpness and focus, better sleep, etc. And I have to say it works. As you can see this is a genuine review from someone who actually bought this and tried it. I seem to get twice as much done each day now. I have ordered it a 2nd time. I take around 20 drops per day. Feel free to post a question and if I see it I will try to answer it. As with all things like this, do your own research, read the label, and never ever take with SSRIs because it can be fatal.

The dropper did not want to easily come out of the bottle... I squeezzed it and pulled, but instead blue leaked out and stained my clothes... so without even trying it once, I ruined my shirt and shorts... very costly packaging... can't get the stains out. Garbage if packaging is that ineffective.

I consume a few drops of this in water before a tennis match as it seems to help with energy and clear-headedness. It's supposed to be a very good nootrophic. I've read from several sources that it has significantly helped those with dimmenshia (misspelled on purpose) and even alzhammers (also mispelled). This product seems to be clean, very, very deep blue and good quality. If you plan on consuming methylene blue please purchase the slightly more expensive pharmaceutical grade. The cheaper MB has lots of contaminates and metals.
