Read reviews and was concerned about potentially getting some super hard chews but this chew was pretty okay! I could rip it in half but it wasn’t easy. It is a leathery like sweet potato type of chew. It gets a bit hydrated again with moisture. I held a piece and let my dog chew on it because I was afraid he might swallow the whole thing. But it was fine he chewed it slowly.y dog is small, 6lbs so I cut the pieces into small strips for him. It must taste good because he loves it. I also find the single ingredient to be healthy.The only issue is that sometimes it can get stuck in their teeth when it softens up as they chew. I had to brush my dogs teeth well after this and look inside his mouth for softened pieces stuck to his teeth.

My dog loves these and they don't give her tummy issues unlike some brands. Plus, they add just enough needed fiber in her diet.

I got these for my small dog as an alternative to rawhide. My dog had to go to the vet after eating a rawhide treat costing me several hundred dollars. No more rawhide snacks for her. These are safer and she enjoys the flavor.

I have always been satisfied in the past, however this time the product was inedible. All the items were very dark and looked seriously overcooked. My dog could not even chew them, product was so hard. Impossible to return so ended up throwing out. Not happy and will never order product again

My guy LOVES these!!! It’s so nice to find treats for him that only contain all natural ingredients (the ONLY ingredient is sweet potato!!!) and I feel good about the rewards he gets when they are made by Caledon Farms!!! These are great and my dog loves them! The different sizes of pieces is perfect! They are a little hard, but I appreciate it because it takes her longer to get through them! The color is always nice and vibrant. Plus they are always fresh and smell good. Definitely worth the purchase!

I thought this dog treat would be a great idea for my pop for something different I had two dogs at one point one left sweet potato. Unfortunately my little Yorkie has small teeth very little teeth and I tried my best to help her enjoy this treat that she loved by trying to either soak it to soften it or cut it into smaller pieces but I found that it became a choking hazard so I had to not give it to my particular small dog. But for other dogs I think it's a great treat maybe for a bigger dog is that chew on those size jerky things either way I always feared any type of dog treat that could be a potential choking hazard. Small pieces are better for natural dried foods. Freeze dried bigger pieces of vegetables and meat is a better option.
