I’m 5’6” 148 lbs and a large fits me perfectly. Most clothes I take a medium, but I followed the sizing chart for this item and that’s what it indicated.I bought this to wear with a skirt to have a tucked in look with no bulk and it is great for that. Planning on getting a couple other colours now.

The cut and material isn’t at all flattering, even on a slim young woman. It sizes small so order up a size. Also avoid pink, white or any light colour as undergarments (even seems on tights) are clearly visible We immediately exchanged the pink leotard for black. The quality and fit have gone way down, certainly since I wore a leotard some 30 years ago.

I wore this today to an acrobatics class and it was perfect. I got it in large, I'm 5'7'', 130-135 lbs, I usually wear size 6 in lululemon, I'm a 34B and I don't have much curves. I wore it under leggings and felt confortable enough not to wear underwear, but if you have bigger breasts you will want to wear a sport bra, as the shelf bra doesn't support much (but in my case enough so I could jump, do back handsprings, aerials, etc., without feeling anything). I never felt like I was getting a wedgie, but I would not wear it without leggings. I'm buying 2 more. I give it 4 stars only because I think it's gonna be a little too hot for this summer, but I will have to wait and see how it performs then.

Gf LOVES this. Great for wearing with a tight skirt as it fits snug and won't rise up. Washroom breaks are a hassle I hear though. Especially when stockings and jackets get involved.No clue about how a ballerina would feel about it though.

I wear leotards under all of my work blazers, etc. Anytime a blouse would be showing, on me a leotard is showing. It makes dressing in the mornings so much easier, no ironing and no shirt dislodging during the day. With leotards though, one has to watch the lycra content, else it looks like I have a swim suit under my clothes. I tried this leotard because it is half the price of what I usually get and well, it's Amazon. I just tried it on and it is fantastic. Heavy cotton content so it looks like a chic tank under my clothes. Now, I need to order a couple of the colors.One thing to really keep in mind when ordering: as other reviewers said, Yowza! This leotard runs very small. Thanks, reviewers. If not for you, I'd have ordered a Medium and would now be awaiting the fire department to extricate me from it.This is a great leotard and a great bargain as well!
