After 1 year, the soft bristles are bending out of shape from the weight of the broom. Bristles are also falling out. We purchased ours in March 2024. After reading other reviews, it seems that all of the broom heads are not the same.

I bought these for my horses to scratch on and they are perfect! Just the right material, not too soft and not too scratchy. What a deal!

They don't make 'em like they used to....except for this sweeping brush. This is the sweeper that you remember from your grandfather, with tough bristles placed on a sturdy, heavy, hardwood block. Exactly what I was looking for at a good price too. Bristles do a nice job sweeping concrete floors and sidewalks, gathering up dirt, sand and debris. I even used it to push water on a hosed-down garage floor and it held up well....but takes time to dry out. Highly recommend.

Nothing wrong with product but ordered 2 expecting to receive two cases of 6 as indicated in description. Received a metal crane lawn ornament on first shipment . Called and was told to keep, receive refund and reorder. On reorder, I received one case with one piece not six. Called and was told I would receive a refund. Received confirmation and all was good. Next day I received email the refund was cancelled. Called and with some time and effort I was issued a full refund and was told to keep the one I received. Eventually good outcome but we really needed the broom heads. I do see that the price is now altered so maybe piece count is now resolved.
