I needed a cable for going room to room under the house. The outer jacket on this is very thick and feels very durable. It's almost hard to bend. This also makes it a bit thicker than "normal" cables so you'll need to keep that in mind for your specific application. The snagless plugs are great and I feel confident in the strength of their latches. Speed is good as well. Highly recommended.

The PVC jacket is stiff, and the colder it gets, the harder the cable is to straighten out; it is worth mentioning. This characteristic adds some extra care during installation in colder climates. The lack of shielding suggests that planned routing is needed to avoid interference and maintain high-speed connections, especially when aiming for 10gb/s rates.Its standout features are the cable's direct burial and UV resistance, making it a reliable choice for any outdoor application. The included nail-on cable clamps and wire ties greatly aid in securing the cable to wooden surfaces and managing its path. These accessories simplify the installation process and enhance the overall stability and neatness of the cable run.However, using copper-clad aluminum (CCA) and choosing 24 gauge (ga) wiring raise some flags. CCA's vulnerability to corrosion in high humidity environments and its deviation from the CAT6 standard of solid copper and 23ga thickness could be potential drawbacks.
