No question I'm a bit disappointed in the sound quality of this device. Could be a lot more impressive in that area, but it is versatile. Plays CDs and mp3s from USB, bluetooth, aux. I bought this for my office and on reflection decided to keep it rather than trade up. Just good enough not to exchange in other words. If you're casual about sound quality, this one will do nicely. If you're looking for something with really nice sound, this isn't it.

For the price and size this unit was good as far as easy of use and sound quality. However, I am running this portable CD Player on batteries because the AC cord does not fit tightly into the jack and the connection is lost repeatedly with the slightest move. Kind of defeats the purpose if the cord plug in.

I bought this one for work (I work at a child care). It works perfectly. It’s very easy to use and straightforward. The only thing I don’t like about this product is that the sound isn’t as clear as I thought it would be. It’s not as loud. I always have to turn up the volume to at least 28. I think the sound quality would be better if you will play music in a smaller room. Other that that, it’s a good product.

Easy to set up--basically just plug it in. Controls are straight forward. I tried the radio and it's tuning is obvious and straight forward. The CD player also worked as expected--put the CD in and hit play. I thought the USB flash drive player is a great add. It recognized the audio files immediate (It says it plays both mp3 and wma files--I only tried mp3s). My biggest issue is that there isn't a lot of control to playing those files. I can move ahead or back one file at a time, but with a max of a 32 GB flash drive, there could be thousands of songs to go through. It would be nice if there was the option to search by artist or album, or a shuffle mode. That's a feature on my cheap mp3 player that I'd never do without. Maybe this unit does have that ability but it isn't obvious in the controls and it certainly isn't discussed in the underwhelming manual.Sound quality is about what I expected. Sounds better than my bedside clock radio but an audiophile isn't going to go gaga over it.

This player is perfect for Audio books! It remembers where you were in the playback. If you do go to play another file, then it is easy to find where you were when your return to the audio book. There is much junk out there, but this player is very well thought out and functions great for the price! Great value! I am almost tempted to buy another unit as a backup (before they discontinue this product).

Works great, easy to use even for kids, quality is okay for that price, looks good and like shown on the pictures. Sound is good for what you can expect from a Boombox that size. Size is perfect to be moved around and used in any room of the house.
