Our Company History
In 1928, at the age of twenty-two, Peter Beilenson began printing books on a small press in the basement of his parents’ home in Larchmont, New York. Peter—and later, his wife, Edna—sought to create fine books that sold at ''prices even a pauper could afford.''

Love this for journaling, like how it has a closure elastic. One thing I wish it had was just a small string bookmark so I can easily find my page.

Sizes for comparison - smaller one is this 5x7" one. When I went to put this new journal with my other ones, I was surprised to see I had gotten the exact same one in a larger size a few years ago. My tastes haven't changed apparently. High quality, love the gold on the edges.
