This unit is very sturdy, which is what I was hoping for. It locks into position firmly, and holds my full size acoustic guitar just fine. I paid attention to another review that stated the rubberized section at the very top that contacts the back of the guitar might cause the finish to diminish or deteriorate, so I use a soft material crew sock when the guitar is not in the soft case I have for it. When the case is covering it, I don't need the sock. So, no problem placing it on the stand without the sock. Other than that small negative, I love this stand. It doesn't take up much room and I like that it is not fragile at all. Works for me beautifully! I have two of these---highly recommend this item.

Lo compré por el precio, no me ha dado problema alguno. Su construcción es buena, su durabilidad excelente. Es resistente y bonito. Una muy buena opción si necesitas donde poner tu instrumento. Lo uso para un bajo eléctrico y funciona muy bien. Le podrías poner una guitarra y no creo que te dé problemas. Llegó a tiempo, sin ningún percance, y por el precio lo recomiendo totalmente.

Needs more cushion on the backrest where the guitar leans, I will need to add a little Eva foam as what is there is a little weak IMO.

Considering the low price, this is an excellent stand. I just wanted something simple to keep my electric guitar out of the way. There's enough room to fit a thicker acoustic guitar as well. Highly recommended.

My favorite stand is a Fender Compact folding stand I bought ten years ago. I wanted to get another but they don't make'm anymore.This ChromaCast stand is inexpensive, sturdy and unlike my fender stand, holds solid body electric or acoustic guitars.This stand is less compact than my folding Fender Stand but it does lay flat when folded and fits in a rubbermaid bin or in the bottom of my gig bag.Overall for the money this stand is a good value (under $20). I would buy it again

This is an excellent stand. I bought this mainly for use with my Double neck SG but imagine it could work with any double or single neck guitar as the support approach is neck agnostic.It's lightweight and feels like it has very sturdy construction. The motion is smooth. I don't forsee any issues with this product.

If you're looking for a very portable stand look no further. This stand fits my acoustic guitar, banjo and mandolin. It also supports an electric guitar. I had already bought one and this time around have purchased an additional two. Really great and sturdy.
