I bought this digital picture frame as a present for my mom, and it was a huge hit! It was super easy to set up and upload images to, which made the whole process a breeze. Multiple people can upload photos to it, making it a great way for the whole family to share memories. I'm even thinking of getting one for myself. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd Cozyla frame. I also have 2 other frames, different brand, that I will never buy again, since they introduced a paid access , or subscription, to allow for remote photo management. The purpose of my purchases was to gift these frames to family members, and to keep adding photos over time. I will absolutely do not want pay a subscription to access those frames. Cozyla offers this for free. Also, note the services that you may or may not need like lifetime warranty and AI Photo Enhancement. I can't comment about those, but I really appreciate the free unlimited storage on Amazon Cloud, without quality or size limitations. I am not a professional, but I take thousands of photos during my vacations. My two Cozyla frames do have over 10,000 photos uploaded that I can sort in albums, add or delete, or simply select to display or not certain albums. I did not upload videos because I have thousands of photos displayed in a random order and I found it odd to occasional hear the sound from the displayed video.What I would like to be improved, is the Cozyla app, not the frame itself. Although the frame description mentions bulk upload, note that the max. amount per operation/selection is 50 photos. This is in contradiction with the Cozyla website that mentions "bulk upload thousands of pics". In reality, I had to split my upload in batches of 50, and upload 60 such batches in order to display a 3000 photos album. For now, I prefer to use the web browser for this, as it goes faster for me.As a conclusion, I am happy with the purchased frames, and I am waiting for a sale opportunity, to get the larger 17in version.

One of my favorite features is being able to have family and friends share photos directly to the frame. It’s such a special way to stay connected.I’ll be gifting this one to my grandparents who live far away, and I know they’re going to love seeing new photos pop up from all of us. This is one of the best purchase, completely evaluates living room experience. This frame can be controlled with smartphone app and photos can be uploaded to frame within few seconds. It also has smart features that can organize your photos with different effect. Application has tons of feature that take some time to explore and all this comes without any monthly subscription fees. Overall happy with the product!

Easy to set up but it took two tries to get on wi-fi and to find the device. This is basically an Android tablet locked into the photo gallery software so it was a toss-up whether to get a tablet or a photo frame. I got the photo frame so people can borrow it without messing things up. Most useful features for me are the touch screen swipe, battery, and the photo albums groups. I have not tried any of the gifting & sharing features yet. Please add being able to play the photos alphabetically or in a specific sequence. A pinch & zoom option would be helpful too since it's touchscreen.

The frame is great and has amazing picture quality and was decently easy to set up. The problem I had was when we were inviting family members to join. It gave me the impression it would send them an invite email but did not and took some time to figure out. Also, WHYYYYY does the app vibrate so much?!
