Providing the highest weight capacity and the most flexibility in coupler design, CURT adjustable channel couplers are a unique option for your trailer. This type of coupler does not bolt onto a trailer's frame the same way that a standard coupler does. It uses a pair of bolts to mount onto an adjustable eye channel to allow for easy height adjustment. The two attachment bolts also provide greater stability and less rattle. This CURT adjustable channel coupler features a cast design with a simple latch. It comes with a durable gloss black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance and has a gross trailer weight capacity of 14,000 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 2,100 lbs. It is designed to fit a 2-5/16" diameter trailer ball. All CURT couplers include a limited lifetime warranty and feature a lockable latch to give you peace of mind.

Product seems well made. My only issue is it only came with 2 nuts. No washers or bolts were included.

I bought this hitch to replace an old worn out hitch on my trailer, right after the trailer came off the ball and damaged the tailgate of my pickup. This new Curt hitch is very good quality, very heavy duty, looks like it will last for years.

Think I got a return as it came with an open hardware bag with only the two bolts. Would be a 5 star but I had to run out for the nuts and washers so the time savings I was hoping for were lost!But great fit, works as intended so no complaints there!

Easy to install, holes matched perfectly, fit perfectly in my 3” channel. I had to persuade it a bit since the pintle hitch that came off bent the channel in a tad. Fast install with pneumatic impact wrench. Could probably use a impact drill like Dewalt, but would need to have a matching deep socket. All in all a great bargain and a good product. Hooks to the ball easily.
