I installed this 221-3401 Denso radiator on my 2002 Maxima with the 6-speed manual transmission a couple of months ago. Perfect fit and has been working great since. You will notice this radiator has two pipes sticking out of the bottom. You don't use these on the manual Max's as those are for hooking up the auto transmission cooling lines. Just leave them alone and hook up the new radiator.

Some of the fins were bent I guess from handling, but it's been a month or so ever since the install and the rad has been working perfectly fine.
