I hated this litter because it turns into a horrific smelling slime. I thought it would better than the clay litter but the wood pellets are tiny and stick to my cats feet. So I went to Canadian tire and bought a bag of wood pellets for $7 for a wood stove that is great. The pellets are too big to stick to my cats feet so my house is much cleaner (no clay here and there that I missed vacuuming) and it’s smells really nice - woody. The pellets turn into dust and they will smell if you don’t shovel it out. But I have a cheap, superior alternative.

Totally flushable. So easy to scoop. Clumps don’t fall apart and the best part is that there is absolutely NO ODOUR. You would not even know there was a cat. I will never use any other kind.

Somehow the litter comes out like crazy. This is after one day use… you need to vacuum every day… do not recommend

This was my first eco cat litter after reading many reviews and I wanted to throw in my two cents:)So, my cat adjusted perfectly. The clumping game is STRONG so you can clean out every single tiny piece that has urine in it which gets it extra clean:) however, this also means you go through litter FAST. The litter smells amazing, the scent control wasn’t PERFECT but it was as good as my clay litter:) and it was really good for the urine scent. I’m perfectly happy with it but would recommend getting the large size so that you don’t run out too fast:) and my cat actually seems to prefer it because it gets so clean! The tracking is THERE, but I have a rubber cat mat and it sticks to the cat mat perfectly and never makes it anywhere into the apartment:) but my clay litter tracked everywhere so comparatively it’s better because at least the cat mat stops this one!I hope this helps others make eco and cat safe decisions too:) it’s a good product!

Pricey, but great product- smells like wood, very light smell, I can barely notice it. My kitten made an easy transition to it, my older cat took a bit longer to switch. My only concern is the cats breathing in saw dust which is linked to lung cancer in humans. Thus I have since switched them to the tofu version of this same brand.

Cat loves it. Packed in compact vacuum sealed pouches for space saving storage. Easy to scoop out the solids and flush. Pee clumps are easy to remove if I get them right away, but since my cat is an enthusiastic digger, they mostly break up before I get them out. But still no smell, even after a week. It tracks a bit, but not nearly as badly as clay based litter. Doesn’t stick to the cat’s paws, so healthier in that way. In conclusion, I will order this again, even though it’s quite expensive.

My partner has allergies so we wanted to make our home as dust free as we can. We also have two special needs cats who have to lay down to use the washroom. This litter is a definite help. It makes me feel better about everyone’s lungs.Much less also gets carried out by their feet which is fantastic because it’s no fun to walk on litter.I also like that it is more environmentally friendly and that they give helpful tips on how to gradually switch the litter from clay to wood.It is easy to scoop, not as easy as the clay litter but still very easy.Really pleased with the purchase.

Really great litter. Comes in a box with 3 vacuum sealed packets of the stuff. Pellets are about the size of a couple grains of rice stuck together. Smells lightly of wood (no added scent whatsoever so far as I can tell), and there is literally NO dust at all when putting it in the box. No dust when scooping. Just no dust whatsoever. Absorbency is ridiculously good; even my biggest cat only makes a small clump so I doubt I will have to refill the box for a while (I have four cats and 5 litter boxes and I usually have to refill at least once every third week, this stuff will easy last a month before I will even need to consider refilling). The pellets clump together really well, especially compared to other wood-based litters I have used and I haven't noticed much of an issue with odour. It does still track a bit but the pellets are pretty easy to sweep up and put back in the box thanks to their size. Will be switching all my litterboxes to this.
