The coolant inlet and outlet “nozzles” on the unit I received are face away from the engine.In order for it to fit i would haveget different and longer hoses.In other words Looking at the ‘86 Camaro fromthe front, the fill hole is on theRight, but unlike the radiator I received, the inletand outlet holes or nozzles are facing inward towards the engine.

Direct fit as suggested, I haven't taken the car more than 20 miles consecutively so I cannot comment on the trans cooler side of things but it seems to be working well. Good price for what you get.

Its not a performance modification. Its a knock-off replacement for a stock replacement. It has plastic side tanks with aluminum core. Don't expect big gains in cooling.Fits my 88 camaro as described... don't overtighten the hoses or you will crack the hose outlets...The ACDelco Factory replacement is a much better option if you have the money to spend.
