Updated March 25, 2025. After leaving my first comment, the seller contacted me to offer me a full refund, which I accepted. After a few days, I still hadn't received my refund, and I contacted the seller again. He replied that he didn't understand why I wanted a full refund for the cover and that I could use carabine clips to replace the clips that broke. I want to clarify that I never contacted the seller for a refund, he contacted me to offer it, but when I said yes, he persisted as if I was the one running after him to get a refund. In my entire life, I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. I asked him if he had gone back on his word, and he never answered me. I find this behavior very amateurish. The cover is cheap, don't buy it if you have a large dog.Je l'ai acheté le 27 janv 2025 et aujourd'hui le 15 mars il est déjà brisé. Les attaches qui retiennent la housse ont littéralement cassé. Je dois m'en racheter un autre 48$ jetté à la poubelle! Je ne le recommande surtout pas à ceux qui ont des chiens très actifs et lourds comme le mien. Très déçu je l'aimais bien!

Works great in the car the only thing I didn’t love was the straps that go around the head rest don’t stay in place. Very loose. We had to tie a knot behind the strap to get it to stay in place.

Super sturdy and easy to clean. It fits quite well in the back seat of my 2022 Toyota Camry SE. My Shiba doesn't slip around and the pockets are super convenient too. It's thick enough to absorb water and because the layers beneath are Velcro, it is so easy to vacuum or clean with a wet cloth.This is by far the best hammock for dogs I've ever seen !!

I’ve had this product for not quite three months and all 4 “loops” that go around the head rests have had the clips snap. It’s fixable but it means the loops no longer easily come undone, instead I now sort of shimmy them over the head rests if I have to remove it from my backseat.It still gets a 3 star because the material is durable and it fits nicely in the backseat. I also like that the sides and front/back come up quite high so my dog cannot try and step over it… it has a nice little mesh spot so he can lay down but still see me and see out.

I purchased this product about a month ago and was very impressed by the quality. I used it for a week and the snaps broke so I wrote to the company and Gil immediately offered a full refund AND to keep the order. The apology was transparent and sincere and overall service was amazing! The cover is thick, well sewn, sturdy and versatile. It has all the bits I need for my 70pound stinker! Secured anchors that tuck tight to the seat and keep it in place. Velcro openings, anti slip, large but not obnoxious pockets, zippers for acces, and adjustable straps that are easy to remove. The best feature is the extra layer over the seat that's easily removed for washing.Will be ordering a second one!

Bought this to take my dog on roadtrips in my 2018 Chevy Malibu and it fit perfectly! She was so comfortable. Quality material and can still look out the window even with the side panels up. Will probably purchase a second one for my husbands car.
