You need 4 feet of 6 inch pipe to make this work.

Muy bueno para terminar con el problema del cómo desechar las heces de mis perras, no hay olor ni moscas. Me liberó de estar guardando las heces en una bolsa en el bote de basura hasta que pasará el camión. Excelente sistema.

This is a very expensive piece of plastic worth no more than a dollar or two. Four sides come with a top, small screws to put it together, and an instruction booklet. That's the "System". They tell us to dig a hole 4' deep and put this inverse funnel at the top, slightly buried. A few "Digester" pellets come with it and more are for sale at a price. In retrospect I would be better off with a solid HD Home Depot pail, the bottom cut out and buried for 8$.

The product should be available in a MUCH stronger plastic or METAL for those who live in cold climates. It was won’t last a full winter in Chicago without cracking into pieces.

I haven't even put it in use yet. Says it requires a 4ft hole dug with a post-hole digger & maybe even a 4ft pvc tube. More digging at the top. Then add gallons of water every day. Had I known it was this much trouble, I wouldn't have ordered one. I thought it was more like a composter with a hole in the bottom. It's useless to me as I can't do any digging!
