The concept is awesome!! but the coating on the strings ergh, its not a nice feel. Its very sticky and makes for alot of friction, i really highly recommend a tonne of finger ease or string lubricant to play them with any normalcy

DR Hi-Def Neon Red Electric Lite Strings are cool, let's face it, it's a gimmick, do you need red fluorescent strings on your guitar, No, but they are great sounding strings for not a lot of money. They look good in regular light, but kick on the blacklight on stage or in your room and they come to life. Bright, balanced tones, and long string life, are what I was looking for and found it, the rest is just bonus.

ルックス的にはカッコ良いです。メッキもきらびやかで、ちょっと弾いたくらいでは色落ちしませんし。ですが、テンションが緩いのか、通常の弦と比べると音量も低くサスティンも短い。そして弾いていて手触りが「1本の髪の毛を逆方向から撫でる」感があり、何か引っかかり感があり気持ち悪いです。音質より見た目でドカンと演奏するライブでの1発勝負なら良いかもしれません。
