I somehow found this searching for a guitar stool, but this is so much better. As someone else mentioned, you need to be careful putting this on that it doesn't scratch your guitar if it's too small for your guitar. But other than that, I just leave it on my guitar. It has helped my practice immensely by removing the stress on my back, wrists, and neck... I love it!

good for classical/flamenco players who like to play on the front or back knee. raises the body tomore stable playing position. Thin line classical/acoustic or electric guitars too

...it's not adjustable for a firm guitar fit. Only adjustable for height.
