Gonna wanna make sure the transformer is not too weak to close all the switches in the system. I ran into that issue where the voltage displayed on my meter was 24 volts or close to it. Found out it was not enough, I used a contactor i carry around with me with a 24v coil just to test the transformer and it was hit or miss it seemed trying to close that contactor. Changed the transformer and worked like beast.

My fan sequencer on one of my air handlers was shot (blower wouldn’t kick on despite coils getting hot, but manually setting the fan worked fine), had to do some googling but found out this would work fine to replace my FirstCo E141 sequencer. Took about 10 minutes total to swap it out and it’s worked perfectly for a few months now. Easily saved $150+ vs having HVAC come out and do it.

My furnace has all the sequencer with 6 wire connection on both sides and one of the sequencer I received has 4 wire connections
