It works very well and comes with many attachments and bits for all kinds of jobs. It comes in a sturdy case to store it. As I haven't had it for very long, I can't vouch for its durability. But, from what I can see, and my experience in using it, it feels like a well designed and built product.

I needed this for a few home projects and it works great. It has plenty of power to cut through several different materials, it is loud but well made so you don’t feel like you’re in danger while working with it

This is a good rotary tool set at a good price. It's a little sparse on accessories, but at the price it was purchased, it's well worth it. Purchasing additional equipment accessories isn't prohibitively expensive & they're easy to find.Based on it's use, it should last for a while to come.My only issue would be that the space inside the case is cramped & getting it all put backinplaceis a bit annoying. There's no allowance for additional component parts eitherFor the price point, it's a good value rotary tool that should last a while.

Great product for crafting and more. Easy to use. Plenty of power and speed. Nice storage box to keep everything together and clean.

I have used this cutting tool for specialty cuts on a vinyl plank flooring installation project and for grinding my dogs’ nails. I find that it works consistently at a mid-range setting of 4, but the motor seems to slow (like a mower in high grass) when operating at the lowest speed setting.I personally would prefer the on/off switch to be where the speed adjustment switch is. I find it awkward to reach it, but my hands are on the smaller side, so that may be a factor.Overall I think it quite useful and the price was significantly less than similar items, which was desirable since it’s not a tool I will likely use often. If you have frequent need of a cutting tool I recommend trying a higher quality item.

$13 black Friday deal and it works so I am happy. That's why I gave a 4 star. How can they afford it? It comes in a case with all the accessories and flexible extension shaft ( which is all I wanted). It actually feels ok, solid, nice shape to grip on. When u look closer u can see that it's mostly plastic. The fan blades are thin plastic which is not too bad, the thread that you screw on the extension shaft is plastic which is not soo good if u are going to take it of and on a lot. The main thread connected to drive shaft is metal thank you :). It turns on and works fine when u increase speed. I suspect that this will be fine if u only use it for a couple of minutes at a time and don't change the flexible shaft too often. I don't know about customer support but I did find it hilarious that contact address is room 504d, sunshine hotel, China.

Rotary works okay, but takes a really long time. Takes 2-3 days to drill a hole in a crystal/gemstone of course that’s if your bit doesn’t break first.
