Was in process of changing trans fluid so gave this a try since the cooler tstat only opens at ridiculous high temps ~180F. Now in the summer heat of south LA, rarely gets above 145. Prob helps trans fluid life too. No issues in low temps down to 20s either. The clicking tfluid pump is much more noticeable now since its always flowing but no big deal. Highly recommend to anyone driving late model GM/Chevy in dirty dirty south.

Did a transmission thermostat delete on my 2014 Silverado and this fit perfect. My transmission temp runs a lot cooler now. Recommended for anyone in hot areas like AZ.
