A fret rocker needs very straight, ground edges in order to be of any use. This tool has raw edges, straight from the Lazer or water jet cutter, that are far from flat, causing the tool to rock on a ground straight edge. How can that possibly show a high fret?

Was really expecting a cheap thin piece of metal that had burrs on edges and would bend easy, this was the exact opposite! No burrs and good thickness.

Heavy Stainless Steel ( T=1.7mm). All four edges perfect as checked on my truing block. Edge lenghts very good for many fretboards, as checked against electric and acoustic guitars, electric and acoustic basses, and mandolin. I'm happy with the product and the price is right!

It's OK...it does the job...I don't think it's the quality of a Stewmac...but I only need it for a couple of things.

My fret rocker came perfectly square from the factory in a ziploc bag. No issues. Surprised to see how good my fender was compared to the $20 project I bought on Kijiji.Does the job. Doesn’t break the bank.

All edges are perfectly straight. There are no sharp edges. It’s in perfect condition. I ran my finger on all sides and it is nice and smooth.

Bought this and was not surprised to find one edge was not flat. I can remedy this myself, otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Tienes que revisar la precisión de la herramienta ya que no vienen 100% exactas. Es decir, si no está completamente recta en sus 4 lados, no te dará lectura precisa al emplearla en tu instrumento. Tip: comparalo con una regla escolar de metal y con una lima ajusta los bordes hasta que quede 100% recto. Por el precio vale la pena el esfuerzo de ajustarla.

Works as advertised. Edges, corners and points are VERY sharp and unfinished so beware. I bought some metal sandpaper to file it down a bit as it's a bit too "jailhouse shank" for me.
