Nice support and stuff enough to support your neck… the only downside is that the Velcro is a bit hard to close and open otherwise it’s perfect and I recommend it

I have been using this for about a year and I still cannot complain! The Velcro is still good, the padding is great and I love the color. A nice bonus is also that it comes with its own bag.

I recently started my gym journey and was getting pain around my neck from using the smith machine and let me tell you this works wonders!! the straps are opposite so they don’t slide off easy and it doubles as a cushion for hip thrusts AND the pink color is so cute and accurate in person!!

I use them for the gym of course and the color and sizes are different strengths of the bands from less resistance to highest resistance!! The bar pad is okay wish it was longer but did the job. I am getting a new bar pad though but I’m so happy it comes with that mesh bag it saves my life at the gym when I need to put away my keys and stuff ! The ankles are durable and go around fully on my ankles and they are pinkkkk !!

I love this set. The resistance bands are great because they don't roll down like the rubber ones. The barbell pad fits the barbells at CRUNCH gym. The ankle straps work as intended and are comfortable on the ankles for cable kickbacks. I did not like the bag it comes with, though. It was a bit frustrating to get three items together in there (pad, ankle strap, and one resistance band fit too snug). I ended up getting a standard Nike gym bag, so it's easier to access the items and throw them back in before moving on to the next workout. Overall it's a great purchase!
