The handle is not threaded correctly, won't attach completely to the hose. I tried different hoses, still does not work, leaks and sprays everywhere. In the shipping package is plumbers tape, the tape you wrap the threads with to stop leaks. Obviously they are aware of the issue and that is an attempt to fix.

Purchased for bathing my large dog who does not like baths. It cuts down on the time it takes to bath her, with the soap dispenser. the different spray settings are helpful for getting down to her skin and really working in the shampoo and conditioner. the soap container is very easy to get on and off during use even with one hand. It really does help get my dogs fur and skin clean.

This is a piece of garbage. I have had these same ones from Canadian tire that at least lasted a year or two. This lasted two uses and then completely broke. The dial didn’t work to select the flow and it just failed to work. Absolutely a waste of money. It’s very lightweight and obviously breaks very easily. I will not buy this ever again and do not recommend you buy this. Just send me your money then you won’t have to deal with the frustration and garbage you’ll have to throw away.

Great concept but it’s cheaply made. Nozzle does not turn to change water strengths with out a wrench bc it’s so tight. Soap dispenser leaks and is very small. Water dilutes the soap so fast it runs out the top.

We use it to bath our horses and it works perfect. Makes quick work of it and although it feels cheap we have dropped it once and it only chipped and still works and doesn’t leak. 4 stars cause of the build quality but if ur somewhat careful with it and don’t bang it around or drop it 1000x it’s perfect.

Once I figured out how to use it, it worked really well. It didn’t come with instructions. The soap dispenser didn’t fall off like many have suggested but one person did say that it ran out of soap very quickly. I found that also. It has great pressure. Still it worked very well for my application (dog washing) and I would buy another one. I got the recommendation from my groomer who uses one. I think if it is sturdy enough for her then it must be sturdy enough for the price.

My dog is a one year old golden retriever and she completely silly. So bath time has been a challenge. I’ve tried the tub, the shower, and just a hose. Took forever and a lot of clean up after.But with this you get her all wet quickly then soap her just as quickly. She liked getting the soap massaged in because it had been such a short amount of time. Then just as quickly she got rinsed off completely of soap. I was finished in less than 15 minutes. Now if only drying her could go that fast.

This works great.-I got two dogs washed in like 15 min.-Take off the adapter to fit a regular garden hose.-I wish the shampoo holder was better made. It’s that cheap/brittle plastic that will break if dropped and with animals…it’s going to drop sooner or later.
