This baby cereal was actually for me. I am 70 years old and I have very low iron, I was on liquid iron for over a year and it tasted horrible. A friend of mine told me that baby cereal has a lot of iron and sure enough it does. I told my Dr. about it, she said let me know after 3 months and we will do a blood test and see how my iron is and my iron was right up to where it should be. You do not have to be a baby to eat this lol. I always have the oat and prune and I absolutely love it!!!

My daughter likes the flavour oat and prune very much. She still just prefer this flavour. I liked the previous packaging but the serial is good.

We’ve been feeding this as our baby’s go-to cereal to keep him regular. He loves cereal in general and will always eat this even if he refuses other foods. For a little while we switched to a different cereal without prunes but he didn’t poo for a couple days, so we went back to this and he was all good again.
